At New Direction Run Club, we're big believers in what consistent endurance training can do - not just for your running, but for your mindset, confidence and overall wellbeing.

 

Our Endurance Training programs are designed to help you go the distance, whether you're aiming for your first 10K or training for an Ultramarathon. We also support athletes from other sports - footballers, netballers, crossfitters - who want to build their stamina, resilience and recovery

Support for Sporting Groups

 

We offer endurance-focused training for teams and clubs looking to improve on-field performance and build team resilience. Custom sessions available on request.

Endurance is as much mental as physical. We teach smart recovery, pacing strategies, and how to dig deep when it counts.
